You can place content here for your help page or any other page your care to create. To create a link to any page you create simply use a href tag similar to

<a href='index.php?page=help>Help</a>

replacing the page variable with the exact name of your template file minus the .tpl extension. Place the file in the appropriate folder within the 'Templates' folder and that's it!
